ART ACTIVITIES IN BUSINESS EVENTS

Welcome! My name is Veronica Huacuja (wu-a-koo-ha). I'm a professional plastic artist, and an online art teacher. Besides being an artist, I founded and direct an educational consulting firm, multimediosintegrales.com, where I’ve developed this Painting, Drawing and Modeling Activities with Mindfulness for Business Events, via online.

One of the goals of these Artistic Activities is to achieve a moment of recreational relaxation during Conventions and business events of your company.

In order to achieve a favorable recreational environment for adults, I have included initial Mindfulness exercises-taking up the first 5 minutes, and using acupressure as a technique–. This activity improves the emotional state and generates an optimal recreational atmosphere.

At the same time that we practice together-the participants and myself, as the facilitator-, this intervention seeks to create an aesthetic experience that leads us to share an artistic adventure.

I carry out the activity in real time, remotely.

ALTERNATIVES FOR THE ACTIVITY

The program consists of the following 2 activities. The techniques, materials, and themes must be chosen by the business leader according to his or her interest.

1:30 hour (90 minutes). If you require a different duration for the activity, please let me know.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

- I use either platforms: Zoom or Teams.

- I employ 2 or 3 webcams: One focusing on the work area, the other on me as the facilitator. Sometimes, I even use a third webcam where I pose and illuminate diverse sculptures we need for the session.

- The Internet speed with which I work is 100 MB (upload and download data).

- iMac desktop.

- I use a No-Break team to avoid any electrical interruption, in case it occurs.
